i dont even think viper is a bad agent or that she is op but the fact riot doesnt give us a good alternative to viper because all the sentinels and controllers in the game got so nerfed to the point where she works better as a strong holder on any map than any of them is ridiculous (and at the moment where ascent gets out of the game and they bring back fracture we´ll have 7 maps where you can play viper btw and instead of making the other agents be good again they´ll kill viper im 100% sure) https://i.imgur.com/pLFMVde.png
