Sorted by region strength imo (middle ones a interchangable). Apeks and KPI insane as expected. Apeks best rookie duelist scouts in EMEA apparently. Turkey should be farmed by Fireflux.

Waddle is IGL BY the way there’s a lot of IGL‘s in emea in t1 that can not shoot so I Believe he should be picked if there’s any smart coach that can scout good players
