Ik it's been said but the content the pacific channel is putting out is so far ahead of other regions. Like the kickoff trailer came out like 20 mins ago and I genuinely got so hyped I'm so excited for the season to begin

My theory is that Pacific digital content is cheaper to produce since there are a lot of good Korean artists that cost less than 10 USD/hour, which is less than in other regions. I also think that all regions received the same amount of budget from the riot, but because Pacific labour is cheaper, they can do much more than other regions.
