Guys do you think its possible to hit low immortal in sea server with my gt710 gpu and ryzen 3 3300x? I was able to reach diamond 3 peak, Yes im able to hit consistent 100 fps but it still kinda feels slow.

Noticeably better to the point you could never play on 60hz again

it's aight if you are able to hit dia with those.
i suppose you could reach ascendant or even immo if you upgrade your GPU and monitor. both of those are kinda cheap these days no?

it's miles better. i used to play with 75hz office monitor but then i upgraded to 165hz last year.
it's considerably easier to hit shots.

I played on my friend's high hz computer and everything felt different like all the things I wanted to do was just faster. Idk how to explain it, like when I shot I am 80% sure I shot faster than normal

It’s a slot smoother, if you experience a higher refresh rate you’ll see how choppy 60hz looks

true 165-180hz and 200-240hz isnt that much different. it feels the same. except if you are buying like, 120-144hz, you wont feel any different in reaction time.
