Atp I believe he is sent/paid by valve to destroy valorant pro scene internally to shift viewers and playerbase to cs.
There is no other reasonable explanation for this incompetence from someone who holds such a high position.
And he thinks he can defend his bad decisions by nitpicking tweets and responding to them to make it look like he actually cares about the community.
