Why leo make some really bad decisions

Like is he making the season even worse than last year. He says he listens to the community to improve the season but he doesn’t end up doing that at all. I know it’s not one man job but it’s his job to let us know on possible reasons for these changes

I do agree that there's frequent miscommunications or just straight up lack of communication from the Esport team. Personally, I like to give Leo BoD, because the level of difficulty to run a global scene is quite high. I do think there should be more communication between Leo and the community, and the lack of implementation of features/systems from the community should bee explained.
