Chinese Import rules

So what are the the CN import rules?
I suppose CN, HK, TW, MC are all included as China?

And is there a rule like :
Either 2 imports allowed from Asia continent OR 1 import from other regions

HK, TW and those have to declare whether they are pacific or CN at the start of the year or something, which decides their region for like the next two years. Number of imports rule is still the same though

For example :

3 CN players and two TW players (who declared themselves to play for CN) has 0 imports
3 CN players and two TW players (one declared themselves to play pacific) has 1 import

I’m pretty sure this is how it works but correct me if it’s wrong
