if ur talking about VGC, i could not give a flying fuck, but rain teams are perfectly common and acceptable nowadays in OU. Shell smash blastoise is meta in BDSP OU (only format where Blastoise with shell smash is available)

Yes I'm talking about VGC, because nobody in their right minds thinks that any achievements in OU are any good. BDSP is also not SV lmfao.
