APAC tier 1 teams ?

How do you guys feel about APAC teams taking in NA tier 2 talents ? Talon governor/Ban just got announced before that was T1 rossy.

Is APAC that lacking of good fps talents that these teams choose to import this early in franchising?

I can only imagine that during tryouts they find that these NA players work better right?

Prolly not. In my opinion these players are being imported so that they can implement their talent in their respective roles and they might have some good anti strategy against other region.
