Beside PRX, all the other teams are basically terrible. Even DRX, in the off season.

More teams got better imho
For the most part I haven’t been impressed with any off season for EMEA or NA.
RRQ got way better
T1 could surprise
GenG is better
PRX is about the same
DRX is the same
It’s going to be a good year for them.

Tbh I will also love to see APAC having it's era, and finally winning first ever VCT international trophy but let's be honest only PRX looks good enough do it and DRX maybe if they don't drop rb and zest. I think foxy9 is mid atm and should be bench. Sure some teams like you said RRQ, T1 and GenG may have some improvement but I still don't think it will be enough for the APAC region to be dominant internationally yet.
