DEADLOCK BUFF WHEN?

Am I tripping or does riot need to get there shit together when it comes to doing ANYTHING AT ALL with deadlock. Like I get that they don't want to buff her so much that she's overpowered, but come on bro. 0% pick rate at champions should have been enough of a sign, but it's been months and still have heard nothing about a deadlock buff from the newest updates. And now, with Cypher possibly becoming meta, her competition is even stronger. tried her out a few weeks ago in unrated and my girlfriend and parents all left and I have been addicted to meth ever since. Riot needs to buff her asap my physical and mental health is on the line
