I am trying to stay strong bros. But I keep gravitating towards useless wastes of time. How do I convince my mind to forget about that shit?
You need to tell yourself while you are doing something unproductive, I am going to get up and do this when this video ends and do it quickly before you keep scrolling. You must have a productive goal in mind. Just because you have started doing something unproductive doesn't make it a blackhole that you can't stop halfway through, this is half the battle. Goals like in 2 minutes I will go to bed(which I will)
