I have the solution

make VCT men-only and GC women/"marginalized"-only (except for trans men who will join VCT)

I believe this would help clear up many of the issues and people can stop worrying about if a person "qualifies" or not

(also, no switching btw the leagues & keep discussion civil)

so your solution is to segregate VCT?

alternate idea: Riot hires you and you individually approve each player

it already is segregated. this would hard segregate it and allow Riot to focus more on each of the two leagues

policy-wise is not, it's conceivable and likely that given enough time a GC player will make it into VCT

So you want to make it impossible for that ever happen?
