If EG offering less salary, he should move. Excessively shooting bodies/toxicity will accumulate fines, should move to org that can offer salary to match his personality.
Probably not since I’m guessing he was already on the minimum contract as he was a reserve player. He’s probably the reason the other players need to take salary reductions.
