people only remember the bad things (and tbf this was particularly bad) but i do think he played well that game

Unfortunately, T1 has been shit ever since that whiff. Actually the catalyst for all of T1's failures in Champions.

Reminds me when s1mple went for the knife on nitr0 on Dust2 (match point as well) at ESL One Cologne 2019. nitr0 kills s1mple and then wins the 1v2 clutch. Liquid come back to get to overtime, and end up winning in overtime. s1mple was having an incredible game, but one stupid decision cost them the freest round, and it ultimately cost them the series.
