EG won champs and if they wanna resign they need to take a pay cut?

I understand that esports is very hard to make a profit, but these players are still people. Orgs need to treat their players better.

yeah but what are orgs gonna do if their revenue cannot meet the demands of the players? Now that there's no tourneys their majority of revenue is gone. This situation is similar to soccer at least... stars shine in underrated teams, and then get poached by richer clubs.
same thing's gonna happen at EG, they're all gonna go separate way morelikely
