all these organizations just keep making changes, how hard is it for a team to stick together.
i think part of it is how franchised valorant is still small, only 25 na players can be a part of 5 man teams (abt to be 30 with an ascension slot)
these players who 'deserve' a chance will always be thrown around franchised teams as they are good enough but just not enough slots.

rostermania is hype and all this, seeing the name combinations is interesting and fun but there are careers based on whether these guys can get contracts signed to play valorant
all of those c9 players who had trials going which stopped once mce got let go sacrificed so much to get there, every player does
