why do players remove sound after dying

I've done this before and was disturbed not knowing how much % I used to use, never again doing this shit. Even today my sound volume just do not feel right anymore

why do they do it tho

to listen to the other teams comms

maybe mental reset, thinking what they did wrong, maybe cooking up for next round. its radiant/pro play, they always have to give their 100%
