1) Make a generally horrible decision regarding their game or esport.
2) huge community backlash and responds in a way that makes everyone think they will not change their stance.
3) farm even more drama and backlash from content creator, reddit and Twitter.
4) responds with they hear the community and finding a solution
5) solution is then found and community thanks them and think they're w company...

With this recent event, i'm genuinely starting to think it's an intentional PR move to increase riot's likeability and that they really 'care' about the esports scene

Literally they make their games more relevant everytime with these dramas . It was true for league and now valorant.
