I think she will still be used in pro games, especially by desperate otp's like cned. The only big nerf is the dash, other changes like smokes and updraft are not the reason why anyone played her anyway.

dash window way shorter so you cant hold wide angles with an operator as long as before

I agre with you, ppl did overreact on Astra too when she got the huge nerf, but once ppl were used to it she came back in the meta and was probably the most picked controller
I actually like what they did to the dash last time she got nerfed, it still make her 1 of the best entry if not the best with the dash smoke but you can adjust the impact she has on defense with the dash timer. They managed to nerf what was the most broken about her (OP on def) while still keeping her best strenght in offense
