I hope Riot will change to this format instead of keep Double Elimination for only 4 teams in each group same as 3 years VCT in the past, that's becoming bored.
In the Swiss-system for 8 teams, numbers of match are also 10 matches total as same as the format DE 2 groups with 4 teams each currently, and 4 teams has score 2-0 and 2-1 will qualify too. The difference is teams will never know their next oponent in Winners Matches (teams 1-0) or Elimination Matches (teams 0-1), beside that teams who has score 1-1 and matched before in Opening Matches (0-0) will not meet again in Decider Matches
Playoff round with 4 teams can be hosted at a large venue with 3 matches of Single Elimination bo5, or Double Elimination in 6 matches
Even so, I still think Riot had made plans to host Madrid Masters in only 1 round with Double Elimination like Reykjavík 2021.
