Here is my hidden theory: EG did get a warning about tbagging and body shooting after the LOUD match, because in very few rounds did EG bm against PRX (the only one I can think of is Demon1 T-side pistol on bind). Where as during the LOUD game it was after literally every round.
So I think EG did get a warning they just didn't say anything about it because the only reason we know about PRX getting a warning is because f0rsaken said they got 1, where as EG could have just kept quiet about the one they got
