I understand the 9 ult points and i actually like it (Makes them much more rarer and have to think more carefully. Also less eco wins) but if they are doing this to the breach ult, they need to fix the ult man.
4/10 times you lose a 1v1 against a stunned oppenent. Thats less than half the fights but 40% of the fights lost is still way to much.
Imo they should just make the stun affect more severe or remove the cross hair as with the current stun
