neon valuable again?

I think with breeze coming back and jett Nerfs , Chamber/Neon would work again on maps like

Breeze, Ascent ( Very Aggro comp could be a new meta ) , Split, and maybe haven, but any other map raze is just superior still. and no idea how the new map will be but jett is literally about to have a 10% pick rate now 💀💀
