will it be like na vcl where there's an open qualifier and invited teams or will they make it franchised aswell(problem is that it might mess up the Chinese scene and would it start with 10 or 11 teams)
if so what teams do you think will be invited/franchised
invited: edg, blg, fpx, ase
franchised: edg, blg, ase, fpx, te, drg, tyloo, nter, weibo, rng/monarch(maybe both if 11 teams)
