hey everybody, ive been really stressed out recently and ive been looking for solutions. this site has led me to believe, most emea residents use snus, and i was hoping if they could give some input on if it would help me. thank you!

according to a lot of emea vlr users, caffeine is just as bad for you as snus and should be held in the same regard! so maybe ill try it!
