I think Stewie needs to find his own path and shouldn't rely on people approaching him.

I think this for a couple reasons, first, everyone knows Stewie and what you're going to get when you sign him to your team. Dude has a well documented past. Good and the bad. Next, Stewie isn't ahead of the pack. While I definitely believe he can frag with the best of them, there's no stand out thing that Stewie does that no one else does equally well. When Stewie exploded on the scene in CSGO, he was miles ahead of people when it came to aggression. That's just not the case in Valorant. Lastly, trying to do it on his own would change his image for the better and I think that orgs would find that more appealing than a walk on csgo superstar with a bit of a chemistry issue.
