-France
-Lithuania
-Netherlands
-Switzerland
Some may put USA in the list but they are just "patriotic" imo, i wouldn't call it ego.

maybe i was just unlucky but when i play cs every time there is a Swiss person he has an expensive inventory or a high steal level and they always flex it and say how others are "poor" for not having a high steam level or skins.
Also there was once this guy lvl 900+ on steam with skins saying stuff like "you guys are no namers, i will hire u to clean my toilet" or "im rich and u guys are poor so cry" idk that has been my experience with Swiss ppl, but maybe i was unlucky
