basically peanut brains took out 1 statement out of a 80 page filing that every org has to do to SEC(govt) whenever they are raising money. SEN recently started crowdfunding from fans apart from their regular investors so they need to file and report all risks even if the chance of those risks occuring is 0 ( in this case SEN closing shop in 4 months if it doesnt get the funds) -- which it will because it has committed investors and a set strategy.
