Snus is a Nicotine patch for people addicted to smoking
it's allowed by Riot (they add a penalty for using it tho)
Navi knew beforehand that they would face that penalty
Quite a few pros use it...we know now cz people found the topic recently cz of Navi coach tweeting about it and u know the retards in here

Snus is pretty much just like smoking cigarets but small pack you put under lip. Has nicotine. Extremely common here and many use it in all sort of situations.
