With Reyna you can get consistently better value if you pop off

But if you play Phoenix, you get more value for your team

IMO, the phoenix ult (gives you an extra life) is a lot better than raze ult and it is 2 less ult points

Imo pheonix is better for entry/rifle, and reyna is better for op/lurk

The reason is that pheonix has a better flash, but reyna has better heals and ability to get away after finding one pick
