you know that feeling when you start a game and you are yet "cold" and your shots are not landing. seems that your lazy. Not feeling that sharp you know.
how do you guys fix it?
If you're mentally or physically tired, you'll do worse. You can warm up and play tons of TDM/DMs to get the muscle memory building and hence taming it to a point, but ideally, you'd need to feel well rested and energetic.
if i go to the gym before i play my aim is way better. So maybe do push ups. Also just a aim training routine. I do medium bots with guardian & vandal. Once crispy i do deathmatch once or twice.
