iron man. they killed his parents then beat him up. and based on how strong iron man was during other mcu movies, he could've wiped both of them but mcu plot armor on capt
they're also superheroes with powers that could level a city and don't want to follow gov laws. gotta have a compromise even if the accords weren't great
can't say so much abt tony parents situation. his anger was understandable tho
iron man in the movie but cap in the comics
