Mods fix navi fpx issue

Similar to how current nrg has the optic team's match history and the old nrg's match history in nrg's current previous match history,
Navi should have fpx and old navi's match history combined in its previous match history instead of just old navi (which is super irrelevant)

mods please do this so this guy can go back and cope about when this roster was good
