Tier 1 Filter for "Matches" Page

HLTV has this feature, and then you only see matches that involve at least 1 Tier 1 team. It really helps to see only the relevant matches quickly.

oh and dont forget to add tier 0 matches aswell such as Brimstone Gaming vs Squirtle Squad because i missed out on that
