No the contract offer was from psg. He has one yr left on current contract with psg. Psg basically told him sign new contract immediately which is worth 1 billion but would tie him down to the club for 10 yrs or leave this season. They don't want to lose him for free next season after his current contract expires. And mbappe hasn't signed it YET. Rumors are that he already has personal terms agreed with psg. Idk if he has any offer from Saudi.
