Poor, impatient management I think. They got rid of their coach and IGL so early, never had a chance to build a foundation. It was always going to be a challenge integrating two Brazilian players, it's a completely new system for them. We saw with EG what can be possible with time. Not saying that SEN would have been that good but their players and staff were all proven in the past and deserved more of a chance to make it work.

The issue is the name Sen, not anything under the org. The players and staff could easily be the best in Americas but exactly like you said it feels like there's no foundation. The players are constantly fighting for their jobs and there's never any job safety with really anyone past zombs
