If you are better than others on a certain role, why would you want to flex? I can play another role and just but still be comfortable and perform better on my main..
it takes time to reach T1 level of roles mastery you know.. unless you're really talented mechanically to the point it will compensate your roles mastery anyway

bc maps require different comps. obviously, the goal is for everyone to play their main, but usually someone will have to flex. and if you can't flex at all, you sux
