How to add new flair?

As a part of aim community, I think we deserve a flair! I can speak for everyone in aim community when I say that we have way better aimers than all of these teams that has their own flairs. I would really appreciate it if we can get our own flairs as a respect for some of our best aimer in the scene! Here are list:
