Yeah you shouldn’t be limited specs wise that’s pretty weird. Have you tried limiting your frames to your monitors refresh rate? (Vsync)

Weird. Could it me a network issue? Try displaying the latency graph on your screen and see if there’s a pattern between that and your stutters

try lowering polling rate from 1000 to 500

not really sure but you can try lowering polling rate of your mouse

This^ if your polling rate is too high and you play on high sense it can actually spaz out sometimes and cause mouse stutters. Try to go into your mouse software and lower the polling rate and see if that works

Go to nvidia control panel, threaded optimization to off. Your vanguard cpu usage should be lower than 5%
