In era is defined by multiple LAN wins in a stretch of time. Like NiP, Fnatic, Liquids grand slam run but that one's debated by no actual major trophy.

I don't think it's IMPRESSIVE by any means but they were the #1 team for about a year, proved they were #1 at Iceland and they were the #1 team in NA until Iceland by a huge margin, makes it an era. I wouldn't go around bragging about it I think optics was harder but if you win everything you can possibly win it's an era pretty much imo

The thing is teams know how the game should be played now, any t2 team rn could win iceland like sen, fnc being on top of the world rn is a much bigger achievement

How can you say fnatic are lucky with all that? All teams made their signings. NRG made contract with the 3 core of Optic, just yay chose to sign to C9 and Marved wanted a break. For sure NRG were prepared to get the full roster. Also in this jett meta, i believe Yay would and certainly did not to expectations... Now chamber meta comming back, i believe he can come back o the top if any team t1 team wants him.
All that fnatic is doing this year is due their own credit. Everyone in that team can pop up at any moment and own the server. In NA the team i support is NRG cause of that core and i was very keen to see NRG vs fnatic for the first time. In that game it was very one sides and i was expecting that since NRG couldnt prep too much against fnaitc, but also felt like NRG were on an off day. They were purely out aimed and i know they are capable of more.
