Mitch and Tom on George Geddes https://clips.twitch.tv/SincereManlyCocoaMikeHogu-OxqI8VFeayHDt4Qo
viwi [#4]got exposed for having no rizz, nobody in the scene likes him and he's British
I kind of feel bad for him
dont feel bad, he needs to work on himself physically and mentally, ignorance/lack of capability is not an excuse
PS: the above is only for the rizz part,
he made a critical statement about potter and it was wrong, who's going to pretend that everything they say comes true? sure he can get slack for it, but if George was right, they wouldn't burying him like this.
the doubling down tweet was definitely unneeded tho, i agree.
brobeans [#6]nah they’re weird for that. he’s a journalist and has criticized different players/coaches before. and this was after EG was complete shit for like 2 years and entire community was hating on them. where was their energy when he called mini and fnatic frauds in the past?
I will say geddes was braindead to keep tweeting about it. should’ve made the one tweet then another to call out the community’s hypocrisy and then moved on

For me his comment about Potter was primarily just really weird. Maybe it was the wording, but it just felt a bit like he was singling out Potter while EG were definitely not the only team that looked kinda bad. And with all the other stuff going on around George at the time, it definitely made it seem like it was motivated by sexism, even if not consciously. I don't think he's a bad person for making that comment or anything, but he could have also defused the situation pretty easily and chose not to. Eh.
