i am going fishing soon and i want to know how to use the bait for the fish. What are the best baits to use? are worms overrated?

Worms are absolutely overrated. Worms have seen the light of day while beb0p and raka have not. Use raka and beb0p for fishing. I assure you it won't work it all.
