something visa issues

Something hasn't made it to Japan yet cuz he's currently dealing with visa/passport issues. is there a chance he'll still play in this tournament?

If he is still dealing with visa issues, I highly doubt he'll be in Tokyo. Doesn't visas take a really long time to get the green light or am I wrong? But he should be able to go to champions though as I don't believe visas should take THAT long to get approved.
