Enemy Highlight Color Settings

Why many good pros like alfajer, leo, chronicle are using deuteranopia/yellow?
Does they really matter or its just total placebo?

It’s easier to see than red is. I personally use purple

its preference it dont matter

I think yellow is the most visible color to the human eye or smth like fastest to be seen

i use purple

I use Red it's kinda viable for me
