No, his ult is active when you activate it. It has the additional effect of making you "downed" if you get killed.

yea. you essentially get downed like in fortnite and it also gives you combat stim

No, his effects are new. They basically disable your abilities for some period of time. KJ ult slows you, makes you unable to shoot and disables your abilities.

I wonder if his flashes are actually quiet to the enemies. I feel like they could be very strong if he can just pop flash over corners.

And his kit seems fairly decent, but I wonder if the suppresion is LOS based or radial.

Does his E actually work on ult's? Like can you disable Kj/Breach ult using this ?
