Disband!!

Why Teams who didn't make it to ascension are disbanding like what is the future hold for these players seeing so many teams disbanded already

it isn't the players' choice, it's that the org doesn't see a reason to continue to invest in the scene when there is no guarantee.

MAD lions and bigetron arctic are two orgs that dropped their rosters because there is no reason to continue to invest in the tier 2 scene when riot has not revealed anything that can possibly benefit their investments.

Org saying fuck you and your minimum wage to players is not in their hands

They are disbanding because it's kind of hard to support these players during the off season (which is really fucking long).
Big orgs with Ascension teams don't find it very profitable to keep 5 players + minimum 2 coaches/manager for the offseason.

For most of them, it's win Ascension or get the fuck out of my house

they dont have anything to do till the next year 6 mouths off season
