Aren't they one of the oldest roster teams in Valorant? Why do they keep changing so much if they are together for so long? Why not just replace the players with some fixed roles?

Termi the coach for DRX wants to run a 6 man roster. While Stax wants to run 5 man roster for stability. The IGL and Coach have different viewpoints/philosophies to how to run the roster iirc.
