Benching Dazed is a bad idea. Their last 2 performances were vs C9 and Sentinels , T1 would have won vs Sentinels if sick didnt pop off. This was also not a good measurement of how good this team is. T1 were looking good but not perfect, and the team has massively improved from when they first formed.
Removing Dazed removes the infrastructure he built on the team as well as a shot caller, this probably means they would have to start all over again from scratch with everyone playing new roles again. DD8 is a psychologist, not someone that can make strats for the team. This leaves the team with no strategists . Tim/Ska are quiet as fuck, Spyder is korean so he probably wont say much, and curry is kind of a newer player.
TLDR; You can see T1 gradually improving, removing Dazed just fucks the team and makes them start from scratch again. The org sucks balls.
