When tournaments are in EU, NA times are always 11am - 3pm. To the APAC people that are complaining about not getting reasonable times during the tourney IN APAC - these are your reasonable times. If times were at 5-6pm in Tokyo, the event would be completely unwatchable in other regions. It's just how it works.
